  Not a lot for kids to do other than swim. We went to town and bought some inflatable pool toys so the kids (5 years and 7 years) hardly wanted to leave the pool to do anything else anyway.

  Amazingly, there is nothing that I would change / add / ask for. The only very slight issues were two stray dogs that had got trapped in the garden and couldn’t get out (this was no fault of the owner / management). They were very sweet and harmless dogs, but it took a couple of days to organize a rescue party to get the dogs free. The management and the villa owner took it very seriously and handled the situation in a highly professional manner.

  Just a word of advice if you are going to stay here in the winter – Pay for the pool heating! We paid the extra to have it heated to 28C and it was worth every cent. It made the pool usable 24 hours a day. Without the pool heating it would be totally unusable unless you brought a thick wetsuit.

  The villa is so amazingly well equipped. Unlike most places that I say or have rented, the kitchen is even well equipped with everything one would need to cook even the most complicated of meals.

  The other great thing is how easy the whole process is. You stop at the office upon arrival, someone goes with you to the house to show you the ropes, and you drop the keys through the office mail slot when you leave. Couldn’t be simpler.

  I travel for work 120+ days per year, so spend a lot of time in hotels / rented accommodation. I have also rented holiday homes in Italy, France, Belgium and Spain – so I have some experience with rentals. Most often, the actual accommodation rarely lives up to the photos and the description. . . Villa Vista Golf 19 turned out to be much better than I had even hoped for!

  We stayed in Golfers 1, probably the villa with the best panoramic view in all of Salobre. A repeat visit, we've always found the support team friendly, supportive and flexible. The accommodation is clean, modern and very well equipped with literally everything a family with three children could need or want. A peaceful, relaxing stay as always, and the warm, comfortable pool was just perfect, as was the welcome, constant breeze! If you are looking for a quiet getaway or romantic break, or a peaceful family break, we can't recommend enough!

  Rental car is a must, but Avis has low prices and we had a car for €130 for a whole week. The drive to the beaches is easy, the grocery store (Spar) is close and well stocked. Restaurants are cheap and good quality. Check out a restaurant called Ciao Ciao down at the local beach - Fantastic food and amazingly cheap.

  The bread service is well worth it as well. The bread is fresh and of very good quality and you could set your watch by the accuracy of the time it’s delivered daily. The only thing is that they give you too much bread and I felt bad about the waste.

  Schon mehrere Male dort gewesen. Immer sehr schön und modern. Leider teilweise dreckig und man sieht die grosse Bauruinen, das stört aber nicht da es einem nur auffällt wenn man sich wirklich darauf achtet. Das grosse Golfangebot habe ich nicht gebraucht.

  We stayed at Vista Golf 22 - clean, modern and well equipped villa with great views over the golf course and hills. Small heated pool was ideal for short swims.
