  We made an investment in Gran Canaria through the golden visa scheme to obtain a Spanish Residency. Our experience was no less than brilliant.   First of all, THANK YOU GOOGLE MAPS! This seems to be the only way to have an answer from this real estate agency. I sent several emails directly to the address that you mention in your reply comment an never got any answer. Of course there are proofs of that.

  You just take advantage that foreigners don't know exactly how these things work so it leaves it open for you to "forget" to give the receipts showing how much the real costs were and "forget" give the difference back. And these things pops up at the moment of selling the property and then filing the tax declaration.

  I purchased an apartment through "My Home" in 2012 who assisted me beyond their duties. From my first meeting I was so impressed with their professional office, attention to detail, excellent English and "top notch" good manners. My admiration of them has only grown as they have supplied me with excellent tenants over the past years. Whenever I need any clarification, or assistance they have been at "by my side" .Their excellent services have put me at ease knowing that my fantastic apartment is in safe hands as I live and work in the United Arab Emirates.

  New information (27 Nov 2017:) Amazing how this Real Estate company only gets extremely bad or extremely good reviews. By the way, they never got back to me or wrote any answer to me here. Their favourite reply is that they don't have any record of people giving bad reviews to them. Why don't they say the same thing to me? How comes that? Such clowns with bad conscience.

  Real estate agent which are real dishonest people. They make money surcharging with provision of funds that will never given back after paying the notary public. In my case, I bought a bungalow in Gran Canaria in 2010. They demanded a provision of funds which included notary public 1000€, change of name in the bills 800€, lawyer fee 1000€, register fee 900€. Normally after that everything is done then they should send the receipts showing how much the real costs were and giving the difference back. Well they never did. When recently I asked for the receipts they refused to give them to me finding all the possible excuses. So avoid them as much as possible.

  Dear My Home, I don't need to incite any review comments, all the bad comments you get it's just what you deserve. All the other fake positive comments are just ridiculous. Just check how many reviews these people (*in other words fake profiles*) leaving positive reviewes have written in general and you will find out that most of them just have written one to this real estate agent. While the negative reviews are written by people leaving way many more reviews than just to My Home. Just do the maths! Or for some of these positive comments let's see in some years when they will find out how you tricked them. I wouldn't like to be in your sit then. So professional...not!

I should fly all the way to Gran Canaria from Sweden to get my receipts back? I believe in your professional office you have a professional scanner and a professional computer that you can use to professionally scan each receipt and send them to me.
