  Everyone of the staff... brilliant! Hotel clean and most of the rooms get a sea view. Only stayed B&B and unfortunately the breakfasts let them down, never hot ( although I did find a microwave) breakfast room also a bit drafty. Sure that would be a plus point during the summer, not the best in Dec. You can hire pool towels and get a refund when you return them. If you change your towel mid holiday that's an extra cost of 2€. You can hire other stuff ie kettle.(or just use a pan to boil water.) Shampoo is only supplied on day 1. Shower gel is on tap. Overall a nice hotel.

  Folias combines the comfort of an appartment where you can cook light meals (great if you are with kids) with hotel services such as a bar at the swimming pool. San Agustin beach is a few minutes walk and there are really good restaurants near by!! We repeat every summer!!

  The reception staff are warm and welcoming, with a genuine smile. The rooms are clean and spacious,well furnished with probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in at a hotel. The decor a little tired but does not detract from the comfort. The air con is superb and very much required. The pool is perfect and none of the getting up at daft o'clock in the morning to reserve sunbed. Guests seem to be very considerate to each other's feelings. There is a good selection of food with some successes and some not quite there dishes. If choosing hot food also choose a hot plate because for some bizarre reason it doesn't hold it's heat too well. I experimented with this choosing a piping hot dish, placing it on the table and collected a drink. The food had lost its heat quickly. The staff are very nice and hotel nice too. Very quiet and no night life, but that suits us, as we've come for a rest. I would definitely stay here again.

  Happy and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Great location in quieter part of San Agustin with easy access to many sandy beaches and a variety of restaurants.
