  All inclusive is very limited, they do tell you that when you book it, but they take it literally, if it's not on the list, you don't get it.

  Once a appartment block so not suited to a hotel because all the money has been spent downstairs with the rooms being quickly converted so are somewhat basic, the noise from the entertainment and rowdy guests keeps the early to bed awake until the wee small hours, the beds are mediocre at best and the showers can be dangerous, going from scalding hot to stone cold. The staff are mostly great though and the food is no better than any other 3 star hotel. The Margaretta is same star rating but is far superior, so go there.

  Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. Well placed for most things, came here for my 40th in January not over clouded and had bubbly delivered to my room. Would definitely come back. Special thanks to Marco, Pablo and Shiela who helped make this a special holiday.

  Entertainment on every day and night, but all outside even if it rains.

  Food is quite good but limited in choice each day. Tables are set but once used and cleared away you then have to set it yourself, the staff have no interest in doing it.

  The hotel was lovely and clean, the entertainment around the pool in the afternoon and outside near the bar of evening was generally good, our room was cleaned each day and the staff were always helpful, the only down side and what's stopping me give it 5 stars was the food, it was hit and miss at best, we stayed for 2 weeks and by the end of our stay we had enough and searched out local places to eat, we enjoyed some of it but other nights it bordered on inedible. We loved our time here though. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

  Great hotel for the price. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, 32" TV, towels and sheets changed regularly.
