  Great Hotel with very nice staff. It would get a full five stars if they ever improve their awful gym.

  The staff were very courteous and helpful with all our holiday needs. There were plenty of food options at breakfast and dinner, although not for my taste buds. The location is good next to the yumbo centre that has loads of eating and going out options as well as a supermarket and souvenir stores. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but they do offer several shuttles a day. The rooms were a good size and clean. Would also recommend popping into the nuevo rokoko cafe next door for good quality Italian coffee

  Great location as direct access to the Yumbo Centrum. I saw a child in the hotel and I queried it with reception staff and was told "They allow children at the hotel as long as they pay adult prices for the children" . Hotel rooms are a nice size. Have found that the food is regularly bland, so I have ended up eating out a lot of the time.

  We were half board. The breakfast and evening meals were great, plenty choice for all. The room we got was just for two and there was plenty room, plus a large flat screen TV, perfect for hdmi. The room had a lovely little outside balcony. The bathroom was tasteful with a hose style shower over a tub. The pool area had plenty loungers and seating and there was a convenient exit to the mall next door to save going around.
