  On June 22nd My Daughter and Son in law took my husband and myself to this Hotel for a week which included my birthday.Everything was excellent,The accomodation ,the food, the staff, the Chef who made a beautiful birthday cake with my name on it, the entertainment.the reception and cleaning staff,everyone was exceptional.At 79 I have been with my family to many Hotels around the world so I have had many experiences!!!!! In this case especially with the peace and tranquility of the Hotel and surroundings I can find no fault.I will definately return.Thankyou everyone..

  Stay away from this place, very unprofessional staff. My father is staying at this hotel and when I walked in the pool area they treated me in a rude way saying that I couldn't stay there. Finally the manager came out saying that if I was paying 15 Euro actually I could get a chair and stay. The funny thing is that I prepaid 860 Euro for my father room, so I'm their customer. And even if I prepaid they charged other 150 Euro on my credit card as a "deposit"?!?

  What a fab place to stay at when your in Gran Canaria. Away from the busy town of playa de ingles, but close enough to walk to should you require the shops, nightlife etc. Very clean and lovely people there to greet you offering all the help you might need.
