  We came here for Christmas evening dinner and the food was good lovely wine list but sadly a rude unprofessional bar man. I emailed customer relations who could not do more than enough to invite us back to see exactly what the hotel could offer. We received great service and especally from the customer relations team including a professional individual Cesar.

  Very nice hotel but a little bit isolated, you need a car there. Shuttle bus is offered.

  Nota : If you rent bicycles, make sure you check your level/skills vs. the tour you will be selecting because we are in a volcanic area where riding can be hard or dangerous for those not use to mountain biking.

  Absolutely amazing hotel! We stayed here ten years ago for our honeymoon and we're going back there this fall for our 10 year anniversary. The staff from the moment you arrive is accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The facilities around the hotel are unbelievable. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. We loved the free shuttle down to the beach as well as the hotel's beach house where we could hang out without going back to the hotel. We can't wait to come back this fall. We're looking forward to beautiful views and watching the sunset every night from the Sunset Terrace.

  Otherwise the hotel is really nice, but they don't have proper vegetarian options in their menus with good protein sources. Only option was more or less either pasta or bread. I recommend them to fix their menus to support environmentally sustainable diet options.

  Hi all, I spent 4 days in this hotel with my wife and it was fantastic. Great location for those who want to relax, great rooms, top service, the two buffets (brunch & dinner) are impressive in term of quality and variety of the food. What about the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, no words to express the feeling, just watch and enjoy. Cherry on the cake, we loved transportation's from the hotel directly to the beach. Also respect to the multilingual employees of the hotel working hard days and nights to make our stay as much relaxing as possible. In summary, we recommend this hotel and the five stars are well deserved.
