  Requested car hire 1am in the morning had a response by 9am and car delivered by 11am would highly recommend !!

  Ordered online for delivery and pick up at Hotel. Arrived exactly at time agreed, quick and pleasant formalities. Car was virtually brand new. At end of hire left keys at hotel reception and Isla Car said that they would find the car wherever I was able to park in the vicinity (Melonares where parking is always available but not always easy close to hotels). Excellent service.

  Wanted to rent a car with automatic gear. I could choose between a suzuki Swift and a Mercedes. Took the Mercedes and expected it to be an A OR B series. They came with a smart. Not acceptable.

  Pleasant experience with Isla Car. Pickup from the airport is available and correspondence was timely. We had a minor problem when we returned the car as no one was there to refund our deposit but Manuel and the team offered to transfer by bank transfer instead. Overall a great company and a great way to rent a car to explore the island!
