  Had used Orlando in Tenerife and was pleased so went with them again here in Gran Canaria.. Good local company who does not attempt to hard sell insurance or charge hidden fees like some of the multi nationals..

  Reasonable prices but it seems a bit disorganised. We waited for nearly an hour to get our car. Initially there was a big queue of people. When we did get served the member of staff assumed we only needed a 2 seat convertible as there were only 2 people driving. When he realised there were 5 people the car had to be swapped for the Megane we were expecting.

  Get a fine 100€ to pay that's ok I was driving had to pay BUT ANOTHER 45€ ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES FOR WHAT FOR TELL THEM WHO WAS DRIVING THE CAR RIDICULOUS... ANY WAY I ORDER THE CAR I GET STINKY P 206 FEW YEARS OLD SCARY TO DRIVE STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

  We rented a clio. The car was a new 6500 mileage, clean and the fuel was full. Women in the office wear speaking English. They returned my deposit into my bank account the same day, after I returned the car. I can fully recommend this place.

  Stole my deposit! Stuff doesn´t speak english, rent you 3-5 year older model compared to internet photo and in the end they stole my deposit eventhough I had full insurance paid because they have told me they need to re-enter pin code to free my money. Never again!
