  Facility's fairly standard although you'll be disponted playing a game of pool as NONE of the cues have any tips on the end of the cue also a dart board with no darts

  Lovely apartment. Cleaned daily. Staff friendly. Shop and restaurant on site. Great pools. Shower was like a power shower when turned on full which was a pleasant surprise.

  Pool An over excitable/strict lifeguard was on duty During our time there. Told off several times for walking around shadowing my daughter inside the baby pool (she cant swim). Inflatables were also an issue with her and how many small toys we could actually have dispite only us being in the pool. We noticed it's wasn't only ourselfs who found her to be putting a slight damper on the holiday experience.

  Greater place to stay, restaurant & apartments rather tired, restaurant offering poor. The one man band Gil, amazing. Swimming pool needs adequate heating. Grounds are lovely and the whole place well maintained.

  The apartments were basic but clean & the staff were helpful. There is no air conditioning which did make some nights a bit uncomfortable. At least a 40 minute walk to the beach & faro de maspalomas area - quickest route is along the dry canal near holiday world. Bus stop nearby & taxis about 5 Euro to the beach

  Location from a tourists persoective is fairly isolated ten minutes in a taxi to the beach/strip, 10 euro in total for a taxi there and back which adds up when you're there for 2 weeks!

  The apartment is spacious.. Bedspreads are not clean and in the washroom the taps n flush were not properly working. If you are booking there it's best to carry bedspreads, towels n toiletries

  To summarise an isolated location staff were friendly enough facility's needing a little updating food average and perhaps a word in the lifeguards ear to remind her people are there to enjoy themselves safely and she isn't auditioning for a role as an SS guard Also no wifi as it "wouldn't reach our room from reception" despite our apostle times being one of the closest to reception very odd

  Reception hours are bizarre as they shut for a few hours mid afternoon not ideal when we were checking out as we were waiting at the poolside for 3hrs in 30 degree heat trying to seek shade it affect our three year old daughter the most
